Home Scene Pty Ltd operates an online software, advertising, listing, trade directory and lead generation platform only, and does not independently verify all information supplied by users, advertisers, property owners, agents, trades, service providers or other third parties. We are not a real estate agency, broker, builder, trade contractor, surveyor, town planner, property valuer, lawyer, financial adviser or other professional adviser, and nothing in our emails creates a professional adviser-client, agency, fiduciary or broker relationship with Home Scene Pty Ltd.

Any information in our emails is general in nature only and must not be relied on as legal, financial, planning, property, development, construction, valuation, real estate, trade or other professional advice. This includes any information about property listings, mapping, zoning, R-Codes, planning, development potential, property boundaries, trade services, quotes, appraisals or leads, which may be incomplete, outdated, approximate or based on third-party sources.
